House Rules

• NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. There is a sand can provided for you on the deck. Dispose of the butts in the garbage.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• If you leave the hot tub dirty beyond normal usage (what chemicals can balance) you will be charged an additional $30 for the deep cleaning required (draining, disinfecting, refilling, and rebalancing.)
• We have two sources of heat—gas and electric. The main heat is gas. It is controlled by the thermostat on the main level. The electric baseboard heat is an additional source. Feel free to use if necessary.
• There are no bonfires allowed in the Terry Peak District.
• Please do not use the downstairs fireplace. The main floor and loft fireplaces are gas and may be used.

Checkout Procedure

• Place all used towels and dishcloths in the laundry room.
• Housekeeping will strip the bedding.
• Please wash used dishes and wipe up counter tops.
• Empty all trash cans and PLEASE BAG ALL TRASH before placing in the receptacle outside.
• Close all windows and lock all doors.
• Turn off baseboard heaters.
• Please roll the garbage containers out to the road before you check out.
